Leadership Retreats and Leadership Development

We are experienced in creating high-impact leaders throughout the globe. Keynotes

Our keynotes are designed to quickly engage the audience participants by not only challenging them to rethink what is important to them as a leader, but to have them engage with other participants to make them more effective as leaders. By invoking improvisational exercises, our keynotes challenge the participants to rethink what is important, what they can accomplish, and to invoke their purpose to create lives, teams, and companies that matter.

In this keynote, participants are challenged to reflect on the life they are living, versus the life they care about, and realize the price most people pay for not focusing your attention on your cares in your professional and personal life.
  • Improv - The keys to creating extraordinary relationships: The reason why most people are so attracted to watching Improv is that the characters relate to each other like we all want to relate in our personal and professional relationships, but we are too afraid of intimacy, to quick to disagree, and too afraid of our own authenticity. In this keynote, improv Comedian Mitch Simon, will share his own personal transformation and teach the audience the keys to improving your relationships immediately and significantly.
